A Legacy of Flavors
"Khansaama" translates to the royal chef. Our story began decades ago in the bustling spice markets of Calicut, where our ancestors learned the delicate art of balancing the fierce heat of Malabar black pepper with the soothing richness of coconut milk.
Today, we bring that heritage to your table. Every grain of Kaima rice in our biryani is infused with slow-cooked aromas. Every parotta is layered by hands that have mastered the craft. We don't just serve food; we serve the history of the Malabar coast.
